Language---Following Directions

Student and parents you may perform the following direction using 1-step or 2-step.

Play "Simon Says" while giving the directions on the following lists.  Give the directions first and then have the child perform them. 

1.  Snap your fingers
     clap your hands

2.   stand up
      sit down

3.  jump up
     jump down

4.   raise your arms
     touch your nose

5.   close your eyes
      say your name

6.   wink your eye
      wave your hand

7.   point to the door
     touch your fingers together

8.   touch the chair
      look at the ceiling

9.   open your mouth
     wiggle your tongue

10.   touch your ear
       slap your knee
